Project Delivery Methods – Whether a client comes to us with a full set of construction documents to bid from, or just a building site and an idea, we have the capabilities to handle either situation.
Design/Build – We handle the entire project in “turn-key” fashion, from conception to completion by utilizing a core network of architects and engineers that can design your project. We coordinate and manage everything, including construction drawings, municipal approvals, vendor selection, and of course, the construction of the project.
Negotiated Fee – Many owners come to us with a design, but want to be more involved with the selection of vendors and subcontractors that work on their projects. In this arrangement, a fee based on the actual cost of the work is negotiated and then the subcontractor and supplier bid and selection process is “open book” to the client.
Lump Sum – Architects and owners come to us with fully developed plans and specifications to competitively bid and we respond with a lump sum price to complete the project.
